Gordon and Patty have been in ministry for 18 years. Fourteen of those years have been spent working in children’s ministry. Gordon is a graduate of North Central University in Minneapolis, MN. Both he and Patty grew up in the Quad Cities located in Western Illinois and met each other while attending church. They have served churches in California, and various locations in the Midwest. The Kennedy’s joined the Living Water staff in December of 2008.

Gordon’s passion is to reach children with the Good News of Jesus Christ and to train and equip people to do the work of the ministry, especially with children. His gifts are in leadership and administration.

Patty’s gifts are in leadership, administration and hospitality. According to Gordon, she is a great asset to his ministry and emulates what it means to be a servant.

Gordon and Patty have a daughter named Paige and a West Highland Terrier named Izzy. When not busy in the ministry, they love to vacation in Door County, WI. They have been there many times and find it to be a great place to chill out and relax as a family.
